If I were a poet I'd write a
beautiful poem
to express what I'd like to share with you here.
But, I'm not - so I'll just say it the best
I can in my own simple
words.

In today's busy and fast paced world we all have
stresses that sometimes seem beyond our abilities to cope.
Sometimes we become hurt by the loss of love
or a loved one.
~ * ~
When this happens,
sometimes the pain can become unbearable.
The ability to make the right decision or choice
can 'feel' beyond our capabilities.

* ~
I know this to be true:
Finding a peaceful place to go
will help you to quiet your frenzied mind
and help to calm and soothe your troubled heart.
If you can quiet your mind and soothe your heart
you can begin to hear that 'quiet' voice within.
That is your soul talking to you.
When we allow it, our souls will help
us find the way back to the healing and
wholeness we need.
Our soul will always show us the way.....
when we take the time to
listen.

It is my hope and prayer
you'll be able to find that quiet and
peaceful place in one of my pages,
that will help you be 'still' long enough
to hear your soul speaking to you
when you need it most.
